Allied Credit Collectors and
the Truth About Your Debt

Allied Credit Collectors
is a debt collection company that has purchased the
delinquent account from the original lender (or in some cases another
debt collecting agency) for about a tenth or less of the original value
of the debt and is brazenly attempting to get the full value from you.
Allied Credit Collectors
will use all sorts
of nasty methods to get money out of you so that they can profit from
your misery. You may already have had bad dealings with them on the
phone or by letter. They may call you on the phone at odd times and
do this many times every day. They may write you official appearing
nastily worded letters threatening to 'send the boys round' to collect
the full amount or take you to court for the full amount. Their other
strategies may include attempting an order for sale charge on your property
or in some way bring about your homelessness or destitution.
So ask Allied Credit Collectors
for a copy of the original contract when you took out your loan or credit
card.
Even better, start
an unenforceable
credit agreement application here. If you want to check, in addition,
missold PPI and recover all the credit card charges you've paid over
the last 6 years (plus 8% interest) it costs an upfront fee of only
£99 for a full audit to see what you're entitled to. Click

Data On Allied Credit Collectors
My
thanks to the excellent Consumer Action Group forums for these extracts:
I think they
work purely on the fear factor. We are just collecting a few more
phone calls and rude letters (You know, pay us or life as you know
it will end ...) and then we are off to court because they are chasing
more payments for a ccj we paid off two years ago. Nothing like adding
interest on after the event and then selling on to Allied Credit Collectors
(Allied International!)
If
you have any information that you would like honest people to know
about Allied Credit Collectors then send us an email in complete confidence
and we will try to corroborate it with the clowns involved.
