Allied Credit Debt Collecting Agency and
the Truth About Your Debt

Allied Credit Debt
Collecting Agency is a debt purchasing company
that has bought your debt account from the original creditor, usually
a bank (or in some cases another debt collecting agency) for a small
percentage of the original value and is trying to recover the full sum
of the original debt from you.
Allied Credit Debt
Collecting Agency will use all sorts of nasty
methods to extort money out of you in order to profit from people's
ignorance of the law. You may already have had bad dealings with them.
They may call you on the phone at strange times and on an unacceptably
numerous number of occasions. They may send you official-appearing sternly
drafted letters or cards threatening to 'send the boys round' and collect
the full amount or take you to court for the full amount. Their other
strategies may include attempting a charging order on your home or in
some way bring about your homelessness or destitution.
So ask Allied Credit Debt Collecting Agency
for a copy of the original contract when you took out your loan or credit
card.
Even better, start
an unenforceable
credit agreement application here. If you want to check, in addition,
missold PPI and recover all the credit card charges you've paid over
the last 6 years (plus 8% interest) it costs an upfront fee of only
£99 for a full audit to see what you're entitled to. Click

Default Re:
Allied Credit Debt Collecting Agency
Hi,
These goons bought a statute barred debt some time
ago and hound me constantly. When I spoke to them once the guy pretended
not to know what statute barred meant and could I explain it.
They have ignored every single letter to date including a CCA request
and Subject Access Request.
As soon as I can I will be applying to court that they comply with
my Subject Access Request and a nice N1 will land on their doormat.
Statute barred (definistion):
In principle, a debt cannot be enforced after 6 years from the date
upon which it became due.
The 6 years runs from the last time that the debt was acknowledged
in any way or from the last time that a payment was made towards the
debt.
Once a debt has lapsed, it cannot be revived - even through a subsequent
acknowledgement or payment.
The relevant law is contained within the Limitation Act 1980.
